Many sources.
One missing connection.
Plans, visuals, facts and conversations often sit apart. The prospect has to piece together the full picture.
Experience spaces. Understand the context. Move forward through conversation.
A film alone does not explain a floor plan. A document alone does not answer a personal question. AURUM brings these perspectives together for people who want to understand a place, not just see it.
Plans, visuals, facts and conversations often sit apart. The prospect has to piece together the full picture.
Exterior views and room sequences make architecture accessible. The production method stays explicit.
Floor plans, property information and documents belong to the same property revision.
A specific property context turns general interest into a focused conversation.
Our strength lies in the connection: visualisation, knowledge and approval are designed as one system.
Structure sources, production and approvals.
Bring projects and publication states together.
Make approved presentations visible and discoverable.
Technology accelerates production. Quality comes from clear sources, traceable decisions and deliberate approvals. Explore the five stages.
Plans, elevations, room schedules and existing images are assigned to a property and revision. Conflicting or missing information is addressed before production.
Dimensioned sources inform a geometry model. Approved images can inform cinematic sequences. Viewpoints and transitions follow a planned route through the space.
The building envelope, openings, materials and room sequence are checked against the sources. Responsible reviewers approve specific views and transitions.
Tour, gallery, floor plans and brochure are assembled from approved material. Purchase prices and payment schedules require confirmed commercial information.
The concierge is designed to guide visitors in the property context, clarify questions and prepare the next contact. Voice and connected services are explicitly enabled.
The workflow connects configuration and approvals. Provider integrations and access permissions are agreed for each project.
We choose the method to suit the source material and the objective. These are existing AURUM example sequences, not interchangeable stock footage.
An existing Blender model underpins this camera sequence. Dimensional accuracy depends on verified sources and defined tolerances; the film itself is not free real-time navigation.
Open the T7 camera sequenceExisting views are connected into a guided visual narrative. This creates atmosphere, but does not guarantee dimensional accuracy or a complete geometric reconstruction.
How does the living area connect to the terrace? Which documents are available? What needs clarifying before a viewing? The concierge is designed as a guide within the property context, not a substitute for verified project information.
AURUM connects the visible experience with the process behind it. The scope follows your project, from the first pilot property to a planned platform integration.
From a single property to reusable unit types: a structured asset base supports collaboration between design, visualisation and sales.
Visitors explore spaces and ask questions about a specific property. Presentation, documents and contact become one journey rather than isolated campaign destinations.
Villas, suites and resorts can be presented as connected spatial experiences. Booking and PMS integrations are scoped per project, not included as universally available live features.
Explore how presentation and conversation work together. Production methods, packages and project-specific integrations form the basis of the offering.
